Customs Brokerage

The customer provides relevant documents such as the commercial invoice, packing list, contract, bill of lading, certificate of origin (C/O), and other supporting documents (if any). Navin Logistics receives the documents, conducts an initial review, and confirms preliminary shipment information.

Navin Logistics’ specialists verify the validity of the documents, check the HS code classification, determine applicable duty rates, and advise customers on import–export management policies, procedures, and relevant regulations to ensure accurate customs declarations.

Navin Logistics prepares and submits the customs declaration via the VNACCS/VCIS electronic system, attaching the complete set of required digital documents. All information is handled carefully to ensure data consistency and minimize clearance errors.

Once the declaration is accepted, Navin Logistics acts on behalf of the customer to pay duties and fees in accordance with regulations and works with customs authorities to complete inspection and clearance procedures. We are committed to fast, compliant processing to avoid disruptions to delivery schedules.

After clearance, Navin Logistics coordinates transportation to deliver the goods to the customer’s designated warehouse and hands over all related documents, declarations, and records. Electronic data is securely stored to support future reconciliation, post-clearance audits, or reporting needs.
