Overview

Navin Logistics provides air freight services for small and medium-sized import–export enterprises, helping optimize delivery speed while maintaining cost control for urgent or time-sensitive shipments. We support the selection of suitable airlines, handle all related procedures, and track shipments throughout the entire journey. With a professional workflow and an experienced consulting team, Navin accompanies businesses at every step of air logistics, ensuring cargo is delivered on time and safely.

Air Cargo Transportation Process

Navin Logistics and the customer proceed to sign an air freight service contract. The contract clearly defines the rights, responsibilities, and terms related to the cargo transportation and delivery process.

Upon receiving the Booking Confirmation from Navin, the customer carefully checks details such as the airport of departure and destination, estimated flight schedule, cargo type, weight, and number of packages. Once all information is confirmed as accurate, the customer prepares the cargo for handover to Navin Logistics.

The cargo is packed in accordance with air transport standards to ensure safety and compliance with airline regulations and the importer’s specific requirements. Depending on the agreement, the customer may deliver the cargo to the airport themselves or authorize Navin Logistics to handle the transportation.

Once the cargo is received at the airport warehouse, Navin Logistics will issue a Forwarder’s Certificate of Transport (FTC) to the customer.

After export customs clearance is completed, the airline issues the MAWB (Master Air Waybill).
One original AWB is sent together with the shipment to the destination airport, while the remaining copies are retained by Navin Logistics for tracking and handling any contingencies if they arise.
Note: The exporter may use the document set attached to the original AWB to send to the importer; a separate issuance is not required.

Once the cargo has departed, Navin sends scanned copies of the Air Waybill (AWB) along with all related documents to the customer and the importer via email, enabling them to proactively track the shipment and prepare for cargo receipt.

Before the aircraft lands, Navin notifies the consignee of the estimated arrival time, pickup location, and applicable charges.
The consignee should review this information to ensure a smooth and well-planned cargo receipt process.

Upon arrival at the airport, Navin collects the original HAWB (House Air Waybill) and settles the required airline charges, including the D/O fee, cargo handling fees, and labor charges.
After completion, the customer receives the Delivery Order (D/O) along with the relevant document set.

The customer may carry out import customs clearance independently or authorize Navin Logistics to handle the entire clearance process, ensuring fast and compliant cargo release.

After all procedures at the airport cargo terminal are completed, Navin Logistics collects the cargo and delivers it to the designated location.
The customer inspects the cargo condition upon receipt, checks it against the documents, and confirms completion of the delivery process.
